On behalf of the client, GSP designed and submitted a comprehensive application seeking a certificate of lawfulness for a number of proposed extensions within the curtilage of this Green Belt property, which also included the demolition of a smaller extension, a porch and a detached garage. The proposed development included a single storey side extension, a two-storey rear extension and 3 No. outbuildings, comprising a double garage, store, gym and workshop. The Council agreed that the development was permitted development and that no planning permission was required.
