This case study involved multiple householder submissions involving a prior approval for an 8 metre deep extension attached to the rear elevation, a planning application for a front porch and a certificate of lawfulness for a proposed detached outbuilding, all to enable the renovation and expansion of a modest bungalow into a modern family home.
